When making the reservation, the selected car with its certain characteristics is guaranteed. In case that the reserved vehicle could not be delivered, then a higher category vehicle would be delivered, without any additional charge.
Reservations can only be made by prepayment with a credit/debit card
To formalize the rental contract, it will be necessary to provide ID or Passport, Driving License of each of the authorized drivers, as well as a credit / debit card.
In order to rent a car, it will be necessary for the driver to be at least 23 years old, as well as a minimum of 2 years of driving license
The vehicle may only be driven by the persons who appear on the rental contract, either as the main driver or as an additional driver.
At the time of formalizing the reservation, you can specify both the place of delivery and the place of return of the vehicle, as long as it is in our areas that are indicated.
The vehicle may only be used on the island of Mallorca, its transfer outside the island being totally prohibited.
When making the reservation, and before formalizing it, the total rental amounts appear at the momento as well as the extras if any. If you agree, you can continue to make the final reservation
The vehicle is delivered with a certain amount of fuel, the amount of which is paid by the customer. The vehicle must be returned with the lowest possible fuel level, since no amount will be refunded for unconsumed fuel.
Reservations may be canceled at no cost, with a minimum notice of 96 hours. Cancellations after that period will entail the loss of the amount of the prepayment made.
