GENERAL CONDITIONS
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the client must compulsorily fill out an accident/damage report, and deliver it to our office.
In case of theft of the vehicle, the client must compulsorily report it to the Police, and the report made must be delivered to our office.
Any accident or damage to the vehicle not notified, will be considered negligence on the part of the client, and may incur additional expenses not covered by insurance.
The arranged insurance covers the tenant and occupants, against civil liability (damage to third parties), for an amount of €50,000,000

FUEL POLICY
The vehicle is delivered with a certain amount of fuel, the amount of which is paid by the customer. Said vehicle must be returned with the lowest possible fuel level, since no amount will be refunded for unconsumed fuel.
TRAFFIC / PARKING FINES
PLANETA RENT A CAR SL, will charge an administrative fee of €35 to the client, in the event that a traffic fine is received, as administrative fees for driver identification and presentation of the documentation required by the authorities. This rate does not include the payment of the traffic penalty, whose responsibility for payment to the authorities is the client himself.
The company is obliged, by law, to provide the authorities with the personal data of the drivers, in accordance with what is approved in the LOPD
DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place, as well as within the time limits agreed for its rental.
The return of the vehicle after the agreed time will entail an additional charge of €10 for each hour or fraction that exceeds the stipulated time.
The non-return of the vehicle will entail the responsibility of the expenses caused by its location and transfer to our office and, in addition, you will be penalized with the amount of the corresponding daily rental and a penalty of €30 extra for each day of non-return of the vehicle.
In both cases, the vehicle insurance would be invalidated for all purposes
CLEANING / VEHICLE DAMAGE
The rental price includes the standard cleaning of the vehicle.
In the event that the vehicle is returned in a state of extreme dirt, wet, stained, or broken upholstery, the company will be obliged to charge €95 for special cleaning
The vehicle must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. Any non-casual breakage of any component of the passenger compartment will be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS / EARLY RETURNS
Reservations may be canceled at no cost, with a minimum notice of 96 hours. Cancellations after that period will entail the loss of the amount of the prepayment made.

The return of the vehicle before the agreed rental time will not cause the refund of the proportional amount of the unused rental time.
BREAKDOWNS
In the event of a breakdown, PLANETA RENT A CAR SL will be notified. In no case may the lessee manipulate, order or pay for a repair of the vehicle, unless authorized by the company
PROHIBITIONS
It is totally prohibited
Remove the vehicle from the island of Mallorca
Being driven by a person not authorized in the rental contract
Sublet the vehicle to a third person
The transport of goods and/or animals (unless express consent)
Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or any other substance that reduces the physical or mental capacity of the driver
Reckless driving or in a way that violates the Traffic and Road Safety Law
Park / leave the vehicle in places not permitted or limited by law
